Saturday 10/22/11 - Fun Nashville Activities
10a.m. - 5p.m.: Edgehill Village Artisan Fair
"Big city location, small neighborhood experience" is what they're promising and I think they might deliver! This is the third year they're holding the Edgehill Village Artisan Fair with more than 50 booths owned by local artisans, food trucks and live music. The shops in Edgehill Village will also have special sales, giveaways and trunk shows so don't forget to stop by. My favorites? Sleeveless, Tweed, Ivey and Nest Interiors.
8p.m. - School Uni-Formal at Old Made Good to benefit the Martha O'Bryan Center
The Martha O'Bryan Center is one of my favorite non-profits in Nashville. Their THRIVE program works with children from grades 2 through 12 teaching them life and academic skills. That's just one of the many things the center does for its families and kids but the event at Old Made Good specifically benefits THRIVE. There's a list of items they need donated and more details on the event on the Martha O'Bryan Center Young Professionals FB page. Entry is a suggested $10 donation, OMG will have free beer, snacks and will donate 10% of their store sales that evening to the center. RSVP at that same link. Hope I see you guys there!
For more fun activities definitely visit my go-to Nashville activity site, Nashvillest. Have a great weekend everybody!
